Day 20 of my new program and i’m down 4 lbs so far. Working out 4-5 days a week and have completely changed my eating habits. It has not been easy, at all. You get stuck in the rut and the same old everyday and after a while it just becomes the norm. However, I finally decided on Feb 18th to get my act together because I was sick of feeling like hell every day.
